If you’ve been a victim or a witness of crime, there are certain standards you can expect from criminal justice agencies like the police and courts, known as ‘rights’.

Whoever you are and no matter what crime you’ve been affected by, you deserve to understand what these are, and to be treated with kindness, dignity and respect.
